I see the following recipe for Quick Bread dated from September 26, 1993:

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 package of rapid rise yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of margarine
  • 1 egg beaten with some water
  • 1 cup of warm water

The directions are in numbered steps as follows:

  1. Flour
  2. Warm water and salt
  3. Make a well in center and add some water and salt
  4. Then you add the dry yeast. Melt margarine and add the egg. THen you add the rest of the warm water.
  5. Mix it good and let it rise for 2 to 3 hours
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes

One additional note at the bottom that reads “Place it in a deep cake pan”. This one also got a “Very Good” rating at the top of the page.
